40年老字號「加福奇士蛋糕專門店」超多人推薦，喜歡起酥蛋糕的我們也被燒到許久！！Google後才發現店家位在大稻埕及迪化街附近，趁著到附近辦事情立馬安排購買行程，平日下午不用排隊直接購買，一進到店內就聞到剛出爐的起酥蛋糕，蛋糕體不會過甜，口感比蜂蜜蛋糕再鬆軟些，底部的酥皮很酥脆，真的是超邪惡的美食。

雖然營業時間是早上9點到晚上9點，但是起酥蛋糕售完為止，晚來真的會買不到。

店門口放著民國85年加福起士蛋糕登上中國時報的報導。

棗紅色搭配金邊的包裝設計很喜氣，櫥窗上貼了許多寶寶的照片，彌月蛋糕送這款好像不錯耶！

雖然是常見的鳳梨酥、核桃蛋糕但從櫥窗外看進去別有一番風味。

第一次來加福奇士蛋糕專門店不知道還有什麼好吃？只買了起酥蛋糕就繼續前往下個行程，別看他只有半條拿起來頗有份量！！手會痠耶。

起酥蛋糕有大小盒之分，大盒是一整條小盒是半條，因為我們家人口不多所以買小盒，畢竟這種美食還是要趁新鮮最好吃。

購買時店員有特別提醒回去要打開蓋子散熱，放冷藏可以保存3天，放冷凍的可以保存較久。

蓋子一打開馬上聞到濃郁的香味，看到這金黃色的酥皮就知道不得了！半條一共是10片起酥蛋糕每片都有厚度。

愛酥皮蛋糕的人都知道最美味的部分是最旁邊那一片，蛋糕體不會過甜，聞的到雞蛋及奶油香，口感比蜂蜜蛋糕再鬆軟些，酥皮的底部是酥脆的！我喜歡~而且上顎不會有那種油膩感，可見使用的原料算不錯滴，整體吃起來鹹甜鹹甜，吃完一塊會想再吃的那種，讓Helen姐直接吃了兩片…就是個超邪惡高熱量的食物，經典的美味永遠都是經典！

建議購買的當天先享用，放冰箱冷藏後的第二天我們放烤箱回烤，雖然很香但是酥皮會出油蛋糕體會變乾奶油味變重，也不錯吃啦！但吃到第2塊會感覺膩，還好當天我們已經解決掉半盒，以前常去迪化街卻不知道隔幾條街就有如此經典的美味！有種相見恨晚的感覺，這次有吃到一塊酥皮超鹹？應該是個小插曲吧？下次還想試試網友推薦的泡芙（希望買的到），聽說店家賣完會提早打烊，建議前往前購買前先打電話確認避免撲空。
