這幾天因為需求要接聽國外打到台灣的電話，突然想起很久沒接聽國際電話了，不曉得費用的規則是怎樣。這邊筆記下關鍵的 5 個場景，方便以後查詢。

場景

以下場景為使用者持有台灣手機門號

1. 使用者人在台灣，接聽來自國外打來的電話 – 不用付費，全額由撥號者負擔
2. 使用者人在台灣，撥打電話到國外門號 – 要負擔國際電話費
3. 使用者人在台灣，撥打電話到「在海外的台灣門號」 – 僅需負擔一般通話費用
4. 使用者人在海外，用「台灣門號」接聽電話 – 要負擔國際受話費
5. 使用者人在海外，用「台灣門號」撥打電話 – 要負擔國際漫遊費

簡言之，若你人於國內手持台灣門號，你都不需要負擔任何國際受話或是漫遊費用。反之若你人在海外用台灣門號無論是接聽或是撥打電話，都是會收費的。
