我想不用多作介紹，大家應該都知道kiki是由藝人藍心湄所開設的餐廳，
以四川成都料理為主， 迎合潮流的年輕化經營走向，
擺脫傳統川菜給人的刻板印象，深受喜歡吃辣的朋友所喜愛，
一直是我們家的口袋名單之一，說了好久，這一次終於有機會嚐到這川辣好滋味。

開業至今已經10幾年，kiki將傳統的川菜多了些許的創意，
充滿活力與熱情的服務態度，加上新穎時尚的店內裝潢，
提供一個三五好友聚餐的好地方。

kiki已經有好幾家的分店，另外又成立了泰式的料理餐廳，
可說已是儼然成形的餐飲集團，這一次也是問了好幾家，
才在復興旗艦店找到位置，三層樓的用餐空間，
在這非假日的晚餐時刻，竟然也是滿座的盛況。

話不多說，就來看看今天的菜色吧！
口水雞，是川菜當中常見的冷盤，採用了雞腿軟嫩的肉質，
淋上特製的辛香料，讓口感擁有豐富的層次，
看著上面的辣油，其實還沒吃就已經流口水啦！

老皮嫩肉，這道簡單的料理一直是kiki的人氣排行之一，
不過說真的，嚐起來外皮並不酥，
但裡頭的蛋豆腐則是軟嫩燙口，敬請小心服用。

蒼蠅頭，將豆豉、韭菜花、豬肉末、辣椒等大火拌炒過後，
香噴噴的就能上桌，可說是白飯的好朋友。

腐乳空心菜是顧及翔哥沒法吃太辣，當然也要來些不辣的菜色而點
豆腐乳的味道並沒有很重，真的一點都不辣。

雖說是川味皮蛋豆腐，但不知道是我被一嫂訓練成能夠吃辣還是怎麼樣的，
嚐起來竟然一點都沒有川味感，看來下回要請他們在調理時做成中辣才行了。

蒜泥白肉，這也是點給翔哥享用的。

另外翔哥還點了個炸銀絲卷，只聽到他說沾煉乳吃很好吃唷！

意猶未竟的我們，又加點了宮保雞丁。

這一次特別跟服務生說要辣一點，上桌之後看著上頭灑了乾的辣椒在上頭，
嚐一口，果然很過癮啊！

既然品嚐的是川菜，怎麼可以忘記麻婆豆腐呢？
一上桌就讓人口水直流，二話不說～白飯再來一碗就對啦！
您問我味道如何，我只能說真是過癮啊！

除了火鍋之外，這麼冷的冬天，更是適合吃辣的好時節，
六大一小共點了八道菜一個銀絲卷，
加上可樂以及現榨的蘋果汁，將近3000大洋，
價格雖然高了一些，但用餐的氣氛卻是相當愉悅，
還有好多道的經典川菜沒品嚐到，就留待下回有機會的話再來辣一下囉！
