說到這間包子可是我住太昌這邊朋友的最愛啊，已經不知道有多人跟我說這間好吃了，他們都說是他們花蓮早餐的首選啊，不過他離我家實在太遠，我一直都沒來，有一次睡起床想說就來吃一下吧，沒想到他的地瓜饅頭我很喜歡ㄟ! 就帶大家吃吃看吧

昇發包子位置很好找，走建國路還沒到三角市場的右手邊，紅色招牌的招牌非常醒目

菜包好吃ㄟ~而且你們看看他裡面包滿了滿滿的菜 清脆口感吃起來好舒服 難怪大家都會喜歡他

酸菜包(17元)我是一個很愛吃酸菜的人，我只要看到酸菜的東西我都會點XD  所以我看到酸菜包我就點了XD 表現也很好啊

地瓜包(20元)我覺得這個包進整個地瓜的饅頭真的好酷喔XD 看到這個不點怎麼行!!

而且重點很好吃ㄟ! 地瓜已經軟綿綿 透處地瓜他特有的蜜香滋味 光地瓜本身就很好吃了 看了他們的介紹是用台農57號 這個地瓜很是香甜啊^^ 再來包覆他的饅頭風味配著他的地瓜是恰到好處，這個很好吃ㄟ，很推薦這個給大家!

昇發包子的口味真不錯，難怪住那邊的粉絲都跟我推薦他們家，菜包與肉包我都喜歡，再來一定要點包進整顆地瓜的饅頭，重點是好吃啊! 地瓜特有的蜜香滋味與饅頭合的不得了，這個我超喜歡的，大家有機會可以來吃吃啊!
