阿美米干1981位於桃園市平鎮區忠貞里中山路上，非常熱鬧地段，屬於魅力金三角形象商圈，從這一頭大馬路上看，桃園平鎮早期老宅建築，換然一新，這是起家厝阿美米干的創始店，阿美米干是老店了，玻璃門面，紅磚牆工業風，以為看沒人人潮排隊，天氣熱，大家都入內排隊了。
