彰化之旅途經溪湖，原本前往撲空多次的阿秀羊肉爐，但心想沒有事先預訂又是尖峰用餐時段，

一定又會吃不到，臨時上網查溪湖美食，查到這家傳承70年老店的肉圓溪湖古早味肉圓川，

物美價廉是當地人最愛的平民美食，也是許多溪湖人從小吃到大的回憶。

 

溪湖古早味肉圓川店內不大，店家服務親切，位子不夠馬上幫忙喬出位子讓我們順利入座。

 

牆上滿滿的介紹，堅持天天換油、自己炸豬油、每天採購溫體豬現做現賣，

讓民眾吃的美味也吃的安心，或許就是傳承數十年的不二法門。

 

肉圓川的餐點通通銅板價，最貴也才50元，超便宜。

 

米糕(NT.30)吃起來偏軟，小失望。

 

喜歡重口味的話擠些桌上的甜辣醬，換換口味。

 

肉圓(NT.40)的醬汁不同於一般常見的白醬或粉紅醬，是店家特調的醬料，味道還OK，

肉圓川的肉圓採先蒸後油燜，外皮偏軟微帶Q，印象不深，肉餡調味鹹香，扳回一些分數，

不過可惜最多人推薦的米糕和肉圓沒有讓人覺得特別美味的感動。

 

小孩自己看菜單指定的肉羹飯(NT.50)，超大一碗，料多實在，他自己居然默默吃完了。

 

自己的肉羹湯(NT.40)，以一碗40元的價格來說相當划算，比米糕跟肉圓讓我更喜歡，

筍絲、紅蘿蔔、黑木耳、白蘿蔔等配色豐富繽紛，勾芡不會太過，喝起來滑順，

肉羹紮實大塊，很可以。

 

想喝清爽一點的可以選綜合湯(NT.30)，裡面有貢丸跟豆腐，湯頭清甜順口，

泰瑞喝完還請老闆續加，貢丸好吃、豆腐綿密豆香濃郁。

 

在溪湖古早味肉圓川旁的香饌胡椒餅，Google 評論546 則，高達4.3分，吃完肉圓順便買顆嚐鮮，

沒想到胡椒餅居然有羊肉口味？！可惜當下只剩豬肉，只好退而求其次，有點可惜但也沒辦法。

 

雖然沒吃到想吃的羊肉胡椒餅，豬肉胡椒餅(NT.40)也意外好吃，餅皮Q且有嚼勁，越嚼越香，

豬肉餡多汁不乾也不油膩，恰如其分的胡椒味巧妙點綴，味道跟口感皆到位，難怪評價之高，
