愛吃鹹酥雞的我自從搬到桃園來後，一直沒有找到固定喜歡的鹹酥雞店，這次來到寶山街覓食，看到雙爐鹹酥雞排隊人潮不斷，我想跟著當地人排準沒錯，還好真的有好吃！

雙爐鹹酥雞賣的炸物品項多達近70種，還有炸鳳螺、燒酒螺、喜相逢、螃蟹、蝦猴等海鮮可以選擇，根本不輸熱炒店，店家還推出哈酒套餐真的很會，沾醬調味也都很下酒，不愧是在地宵夜首選，根本就是被鹹酥雞耽誤的熱炒店吧。

交通位置：

就位於桃園市寶山街上，發現寶山街美食真的有多。大概是因為今日風大，所以有用防風透明套蓋著，這樣也可防灰塵就是了。雖然這樣我無法拍照，但基於衛生觀念，我覺得很可以。

炸物多達近70種，選擇好多，而且比一般鹹酥雞攤更多了許多海鮮食材的選項，例如炸鳳螺、燒酒螺、螃蟹、喜相逢、蝦猴等等…。現在價格有微調喔，請以現場為主。

如果不想久等的話，可以先電話訂餐，抓差不多時間來即可。現場點餐的話，店家也還是會要求留下手機號碼，等餐點好了再通知你，不用在現場排隊等候的意思。

話說我們還真的等了快一小時才等到我們點的鹹酥雞呢！可見生意有多好。

雙爐的鹹酥雞厲害在獨特沾醬還有食材選類選擇多，加上搭配洋蔥蒜片九層塔等調味過後，不輸熱炒店水準，超夠味！

炸功也不錯，還有離心脫油機瀝過油後，吃起來不油膩，鹹酥雞跟雞皮對我來說不夠酥，但調味很夠，其他如魷魚、米血、玉米、炸高麗菜、芋頭粿、芋簽等等..都很好吃，絕對是下酒好物來著。
