比起油泡肉圓，我更愛炸肉圓，
炸的香酥脆 吃起來卡滋卡滋，口感有點Q，咬起來帶嚼勁。

這一家王哥肉圓也是脆皮肉圓最有名，
在桃園總共開了三家，分別有中壢正光/觀音新坡/平鎮育達店。

位於育達高中對面，路邊停車還蠻方便的。

除了炸肉圓以外還有清蒸肉圓喔。

賣的品項其實還蠻多的
要不是吃太飽，真的想全點一輪。

現點現炸，至少要點8分鐘。
需要炸到這麼微焦脆帶酥感的程度。

老闆剪的比較碎，剛好是適口大小。

酥脆中帶嚼勁，QQ的很肉圓皮我很喜歡。
淋上店家自製的醬與甜米漿醬很搭，加點辣更棒。

扎實的一整塊肉丸子，肉餡很新鮮，我是覺得還蠻好吃的！只是單就脆皮肉圓這一部份的話，特色上就少了這麼一點，比起來炸蛋肉圓更有獨特性，現炸肉圓 不管酥脆度還是內餡都更好一點。
