在地開業超過一甲子的這家老店《太順油飯》，真是三重在地隱藏版美食！它就位於三重三和市場巷子裡面，儘管《太順油飯》在網路上的評論不多，但也能只賣油飯和赤肉湯就能開分店，一碗油飯配上赤肉湯，就是當地人的早午餐的不二選擇！想想那濃郁的油飯，再搭配那美味的赤肉湯，真是讓人回味無窮。

｜三重三和市場老店太順油飯

很多人都知道台北橋下來就是三重最有名的三和夜市，但實際上早上也是三重知名的菜市場三和市場，然後《太順油飯》是三重三和市場的老店，這邊算是《太順油飯》本店，後來在三重重陽路一段那邊有再開了一間《太順油飯》三陽店，如果想要用餐環境好一點的可以去那邊。

 

《太順油飯》本店營業時間從早上6點半到中午13點，是菜市裡面60年的老店了啊！因為是在菜市場裡面的巷子，所以用餐環境就很簡陋，旁邊不時還會有機車穿梭而過，但這種越行仔內的越有味道，除了東西好吃，阿姨也是相當熱情啦！

太順油飯菜單上就只有油飯跟赤肉湯兩種東西，油飯有分成大中小三個不一樣的價格，你也可以加15元多一顆魯蛋，只是現在魯蛋特別貴，加蛋就是享受財富自由的人生（？），有賣生赤肉跟以斤計算的油飯，另外太順油飯在每年端午節都有出肉粽，剛好現場有其它阿姨在問，店員是說去年提前完售，所以今年要買就要先預訂，感覺蠻熱門的。

油飯（小） NT$30元 魯蛋 NT$15元

《太順油飯》基底可謂是個重口味的絕對王者，油飯的油香和鹹度都相當的濃郁，入口的那一刻，散發出濃郁的菇香、油香、蝦香和米香，簡直令人陶醉，每一粒糯米都經過巧妙的蒸炒，不僅顆顆分明，更是入味濕潤而不軟爛，然後加入甜辣醬會讓整個味道又不太一樣，但甜辣醬本身偏甜，想吃更辣的就到攤前加真的辣的辣醬，雖然魯蛋有點貴，但是滷得還不錯。

 

赤肉湯 NT$50元

赤肉湯真是太讓我驚艷了！雖然是以清湯作為基底，但白蘿蔔和香菇的熬煮後喝起來會有清爽的甘甜，整個很有燉煮過的香氣，然後白蘿蔔質地細緻，最主要赤肉條是採用後腿肉裹上薄粉，應該事先就醃過，本身的肉香是比較明顯的，口感嚼感十足，赤肉給的份量也是蠻多的，重點是湯喝完了還能免費加湯，有夠爽啊！

 

《太順油飯》整體吃起來還不錯，原則上較之前吃過的阿田油飯較為溼潤一些，但阿田的蝦米的香氣比較順，再來就是甜辣醬的辣味也比較明顯，最後還能加辣高麗菜是我蠻喜歡的，可是《太順油飯》的赤肉湯真的還蠻強的，是意料之外的喜歡，如果你覺得哥介紹的不錯，那就麻煩也推薦一些菜市場的隱藏美食給哥去試試吧！
