我去看以前的食記，原來我在他還沒搬家之前就吃過了，那真的好久以前了阿，他們家的水煎包不管是高麗菜還是韭菜都是加上了雞蛋粉絲，那個味道很舒服呢，而且加他的蘿蔔乾非常搭阿，每次去都不知道是為了水煎包還是為了蘿蔔乾去的(笑)他是花蓮很早開門的早餐店，早上4點半就有水煎包可以吃，開到下午1點

明昇水煎包對於住花蓮的朋友一定不陌生，他從民國78年到現在已經超過30年了說，很多都可以帶第二代小朋友來吃這家了吧
說是水煎包，但是裡面的東西超多的，但我每次都是吃水煎包~哈
她的水煎包有3種口味，1顆都是10元 就來吃吃看吧
高麗菜水煎包&豬肉高麗菜水煎包&韭菜水煎包 高麗菜跟韭菜都以雞蛋粉絲為底餡，我最喜歡的是韭菜水煎包，配起來香氣四溢，雞蛋香氣很舒服，粉絲也吸滿了醬汁的滋味，好吃唷^^
他們的自己做的辣蘿蔔乾配上她的水煎包真是對味，而且我每次來都要加一堆，我都不知道我是為了水煎包還是為了蘿蔔乾而來~哈~不過加起來是好吃就行了^^
