這間開在杭州南路二段的「杭州小籠湯包」，開業至今應該有30年歷史，記得小時候就曾來吃過，主打庶民版的鼎泰豐，店內裝潢樸實，沒有雕樑畫柱，就是一般簡單的街邊小店，賣起了江浙麵點，靠著小籠包在台北的餐飲市場打出了一片天！2020年還曾獲得米其林必比登推薦的肯定！現在的年輕人知道這間店我想更多是因為演員「少東」楊銘威的關係，哈哈！總而言之，若你喜歡吃小籠包，這間絕對要列入口袋名單，除了小籠包不錯之外，鍋貼也是必吃，包子爸評價很高，一定要試試～～

用餐尖峰時刻生意相當好，往往會一位難求，有時候甚至需要排隊，店面空間不算小，擺著蠻多張桌子，環境空間一般，就是稍微陳舊一些的老店，沒有什麼絢麗的裝潢，就很樸實的小籠包店。

小菜一盤50元，想吃什麼自己拿，之後再劃單即可！

跟鼎泰豐類似的半透明開放式廚房，可以看到裡面辛勤工作的麵點師傅！

各式料理、麵點還蠻多的，除了小籠包之外，還有點心、獅子頭煲、鍋貼、豆沙鍋餅，有好多包子爸愛吃的食物唷！

桌面上會提供醬油、白醋、辣椒醬。

店內提供無限取用的薑絲給顧客搭配小籠包食用，需要的可以自取。

杭州小籠湯包的招牌當然是湯包啦！老實說，口味真的很不錯，包子皮和內餡都品嚐的到講究，有精緻的口感和風味，一顆現在平均起來賣20元，也不算便宜，這口味有符合他的身價！

不知道是不是錯覺，還是太久沒吃鼎泰豐了，感覺杭州小籠湯包的SIZE好像有點迷你，一口一顆感覺都不過癮，哈哈！

湯汁不至於多到爆漿，但餡料和包子皮品嚐起來的確有過人之處，會得到米其林必比登推薦絕不意外！

三鮮鍋貼  8顆

令人相當驚豔的好吃鍋貼！麵皮有些類似包子爸目前心中鍋貼第一名的「基隆 曾記鍋貼」但還是沒有曾記好吃就是了。

但內餡稍微少了一些，感覺不夠飽滿，但整體來說也是很厲害的鍋貼了，尤其是那煎到金黃焦脆的鍋貼皮，太好吃了～～～

小菜一盤50元，有點小貴，口味也還過得去。

油豆腐湯

相當清爽的上海風油豆腐湯，裡面加入了好幾片切開的油豆腐，還有一種類似豆腐皮包成的餛飩，有些類似千張餛飩，品嚐起來很清爽無負擔，早餐喝一碗感覺特別舒服！

麻辣臭豆腐 3入

很傳統的江浙風蒸臭豆腐，除了紅油湯汁之外，其實整體吃起來並不辣，反而非常的香，臭豆腐夠嫩，上面的肉醬也很提味，拌著湯汁就著臭豆腐一起吃太棒了！吃完一份還會依猶未盡。
