以前我介紹過不少拉麵、沾麵，但其實日本東京還有一種新的流行「油そば」，
そば (音：So Ba)指的是蕎麥麵，而「油そば」一般台灣稱為油蕎麥、日式油麵，
但其實「油そば」並不是一般蕎麥麵那種麵體，而是使用拉麵的麵體，跟拉麵、沾麵最大的不同算是吃法上的區隔。
拉麵一般就是湯麵，而沾麵顧名思義，是拿麵去沾沾汁來吃，
「油そば」則是拌麵，以吃法、外型來說，蠻像台灣的涼麵的，當然口感吃起來味道完全不一樣。
目前這種油蕎麥在台灣還相當少見，就我個人所知大概僅2家店在賣，
今天介紹的『Soba Shinn & 柑橘』自然是其中一家！

『Aburasoba Shin 油そば専門店』的環境基本上完全跟拉麵聯想不起來，
輕工業風裝潢加上大量木紋餐具、桌椅，也許像早午餐店、像美式餐廳、像咖啡館，無論像什麼，總之不像拉麵店XD

在大安區仁愛路這帶，這樣的價位我覺得相當的親切，
而麵量免費的部份有三種size可選，麵量分別是120g/140g/160g，
如果另外加價，則可添增到210g/260g，除非你真的非常小鳥胃，否則我建議直接點大份，基本上一般人都吃得完。
『Aburasoba Shin 油そば専門店』的桌上擺有各式調味料，
因為油蕎麥的吃法就是非常自由，每個客人想怎加就怎加，調出自己喜歡的味道就對了
配料包含了辣油、白醋、柚子胡椒、辣味噌、洋蔥丁
辣味味增 叉燒
無肉不歡的我，當然加料了叉燒，不得不說老闆的品味真的不錯，
所挑的餐具都很有特色，甚至水杯我先前還曾好幾度想買XD
附湯是柴魚湯，邊喝我一直想到嘉義米糕XD
油蕎麥在麵條其實跟一般拉麵的麵體吃起來差不多，用得是較粗的黃捲麵，
將叉燒、筍乾、青蔥、海苔絲等配料跟麵一起拌勻，就可以開吃啦！
店家建議的吃法是先吃一半原味，另一半則自己添加配料調味，
『Aburasoba Shin 油そば専門店』的叉燒相當薄，但其實吃起來還是有存在感的，且相當軟嫩，
邊吃我一直想到台灣一些乾麵、拌麵，雖然沒有相同的味道，但邊吃一直有一種似曾相似的感覺
我是頭次吃油蕎麥，入口覺得新奇也很好吃，但大概吃1/3碗吧，開始會有些油膩感浮現，
這時桌上的配料就該上場啦！
我加了相當多的洋蔥丁來去油膩，再加上一些辣味，
忽然整碗麵又變成了另種風味，加了洋蔥後果然感覺清爽多了，整碗迅速完食！
『Aburasoba Shin 油そば専門店』的旁邊就是麻辣鍋名店滿堂紅麻辣鍋，其實相當好找。
後記：
因為我是頭次吃油蕎麥，對我來說吃起來有些陌生感，但卻又有莫名的親切感，
整體來說我覺得麵料上店家都相當用心，且價格上也相當有競爭力，
下次我還想去試試柚子胡椒，分享給大家！
