    今天介紹這家『甘泉豆花』，其實早年我不知道東湖有店，且還是總店，
    我最早吃也最常吃反而是他們饒河街的分店，
    從學生時代去饒河街逛，不管中間吃了什麼，最後的結尾就是來碗『甘泉豆花』。

    『甘泉豆花』在東湖是總店，店裡簡單乾淨，
    在東湖康寧路的巷弄內，老東湖人幾乎都知道這家店吧。

    從照片上饒河街分店的日期來看，『甘泉豆花』開業最少也有30年。
    開業的早，那個年代的冰品相對的單純，沒有現在許多冰店那麼多花樣變化，
    賣的東西簡簡單單，豆花、愛玉冰、仙草冰，
    豆花的配料也同樣傳統而簡單，粉圓、綠豆、花生，早年的豆花差不多就這幾種配料而已。

    綠豆豆花
    『甘泉豆花』的綠豆煮到非常綿細，差不多是綠豆沙這樣，混入糖水後特別好吃。
    順帶一提，他們的花生則相反，口感偏硬，我個人吃不習慣。

    粉圓豆花
    『甘泉豆花』用的是白粉圓，這幾年許多飲料店也開始賣這種白粉圓，有些還加價賣，
    『甘泉豆花』這部份倒是走在時代的前端，且不加價喔！XD
    我蠻喜歡他們的粉圓，軟Q程度跟豆花很搭配，
    而糖水我習慣減糖降低甜度，真覺得太甜也可另外請老闆多加點冰。
    豆花吃起來滑嫩帶有淡淡的豆香，
    其實最好吃的方式就是綠豆豆花 粉圓，混了綠豆會降低甜度，配上粉圓跟豆花特別好吃！

    比起IG上火紅的繽紛多彩創意冰品，這種台式老味道的冰品在夏天其實更討我喜歡，
