這家天母《興蓬萊台菜海鮮餐廳》號稱與米其林一星的【金蓬萊】是姐妹店，不過在地朋友對於這兩家料理的評價是各有所好，剛好有機會讓在地的朋友約吃飯，所以就挑了這家以台菜海鮮料理著稱的名店去聚餐！
而菜餚以北投酒家菜為主，我印象中除了這兩家外，北投溫泉的【水美會館】也有相同的菜色，而且味道也很不錯…^^

店家位置於中山北路七段上，距離【捷運石牌站】較近轉紅19、601、224公車可達，在捷運劍潭站則可轉搭220公車，本身不提供停車位；平假日生意極好，所以建議先去電預約。

這是我從官方臉書抓來的菜單，平均消費單價較高，所以建議至少四至六人以上用餐會比較划算，平均消費大約在NT500~1000左右，另外還有年菜外帶的服務。

興蓬萊的肉絲炒飯NT120與南瓜米粉NT150都好吃，尤其是那米粉相當地爽口，添加洋蔥有些甜味；而炒飯則是顆粒分明，不油不膩是最大的特點！

清炒時蔬部份，挑選了破朴子炒荀與清炒山蘇來吃，味道很爽脆可口，而且份量十足很夠味…

飽滿的蒜泥鮮蚵NT480很好吃，鮮香濃甜的蒜泥配上鮮蚵豆腐，真的是超下飯的；並且還添加蔥末讓香氣更迷人，就連底下的湯汁都很好吃，完全不想放過。

同樣算是古早菜的招牌芋頭NT180/5條，本身選用香綿實在的大甲芋做內饀，配上薄脆的裹粉油炸，呈現外酥內軟而且香甜不膩的口感，是老少咸宜的好料。

好吃魷魚螺肉蒜鍋NT880也被稱之為醒酒湯，裡頭滿滿的厚實螺肉配上魷魚塊很有口感；加入青蔥香芹等熬煮的高湯很清甜，喝一口讓人覺得相當過癮超美味。

經典的排骨酥NT550大塊又紮實，幾乎是天母酒家菜的首推料理！^^
其帶骨油炸的滋味十分可口，而且肉質很有彈性又很香甜，肉質有嚼勁但是油脂鮮美，每回品嚐都是一手抓而且吮指回味無窮，為了它真的是可以不遠千里前往。

他們家的紅蟳米糕、佛跳牆與特製香腸都是許多人推薦的好料，Wisely打算找時間再帶家人前去用餐，還有那芋頭海鮮米粉鍋，感覺也是很有特色的懷舊美食。
