因為實在是太想吃壽喜燒了，去外面的餐廳吃，至少都要四百塊起跳，
這次決定自立自強，展開自煮生活，開啟料理實驗室啦!
今天準備的壽喜燒火鍋的食材，全部都是到全聯買的，
所有材料平分下來只要一人$199，就能吃到超飽了~
壽喜燒最最重要的幾個東西大概就是
壽喜燒醬，菇類，豆腐，肉片，土雞蛋了!!!!
其他愛吃什麼，就自己加吧XD
今天選用的壽喜燒醬是萬家香的壽喜燒露，一瓶$79。
一瓶大概可以四個人吃一餐了，
如果是一個人吃的話應該可以煮個三次左右吧
當然囉，還有其他網友說也可以用鰹魚露 醬油 糖 米酒 水去調味~
大家也可以試試看~~~味道應該會更美味
附近的全聯菇類和蔬菜食材區
豆腐和土雞蛋區~
今天買這種超嫩的豆腐，
其實應該買耐煮的那種板豆腐會比較不容易煮到破調~

掃貨後，回來準備一下就開始來煮壽喜燒啦!!!!
今天的食材有這些。
各式各樣愛吃的蔬菜和肉類都買回來哩~
萬家香的壽喜燒露，包裝上比例是水和壽喜燒露2:1，
但熊寶覺得這罐挺鹹的，比較建議3:1
為了怕味道太死鹹，還另外加了一顆洋蔥，讓湯頭可以甜一點
洋蔥和水和壽喜燒露一起加熱後，湯底就可以囉
煮開後等等就可以加入其他食材了!!!!
當然囉，壽喜燒的另一個靈魂就是好吃的肉片加土雞生蛋
煮好的肉片，搭配上上選土雞蛋，
讓蛋液冷卻肉片熱度，還能增添肉香與口感~
熊寶今天買的三種肉片有梅花豬肉片/里肌肉片/霜降肉片
最推薦下方的這款梅花豬肉片了!!!!!
梅花豬肉片久煮不硬，肉質相當美味呢
而里肌肉片片硬，比較不推薦唷
霜降則是介於梅花豬肉片和里肌肉片的口感~
一整個很幸福的壽喜燒火鍋
加入蔬菜也還是一樣美味喔
P.S.不過今天在全聯買的小白菜好苦喔，和壽喜燒鍋一整個很不搭
蒟蒻絲、豆腐、蟳味棒、烏龍麵都很適合壽喜燒鍋
甜甜鹹鹹的壽喜燒真的是大家都愛吃的一道料理
非常簡單又輕鬆就可以煮好了~
其實下次湯汁可以用更少一點，少少醬汁比較像日本正統壽喜燒XD
今天的比較偏向火鍋的吃法~
好像每一種材料都很適合這鍋壽喜燒耶
不管是火鍋料、蔬菜或是肉片等等的 
冬天自己在家DIY煮看看也很不錯 !!
