偶爾也要清清冰箱了，小榆是個非常討厭冰箱有任何雜物的人

(煮婦除了有密集恐懼症外還有點小小的強迫症，實在無法容忍有異味的冰箱啊)

所以食物的保存期限都會非常非常在意，冰箱內可以盡量空就空(除了飲料和牛奶除外)

 

今天決定要來好好把冰封好幾天的高麗菜物盡其用囉

高麗菜和電鍋最好的搭配方式….嗯!就是菜飯啦!

 

 

 

[高麗菜飯食材準備]

1.奶油一小塊

2.大蒜幾顆

3.乾燥香菇泡水

4.米兩杯

5.高麗菜

6.醬油和水少許

7.培根兩塊

 

[作法]

1.電鍋外鍋加入水後把內鍋加熱後再投入奶油(內鍋一定要很熱)

2.蒜頭加入爆香

3.將培根後續加入爆香(可以稍微蓋上鍋蓋等他熱)

4.濕香菇和高麗菜加入快速拌炒

5.米飯投入(建議把米飯放最下面一層)

6.加入半杯水和少許醬油，外鍋加一杯水按下開關即可

1.食材準備好後熱電鍋內鍋，

將奶油投入

蒜頭爆香

 

 

 

2.加入培根

 

 

 

3.香菇和高麗菜投入稍微炒香

 

 

4.白米加入後加入少許醬油和半杯水

 

 

 

5.外鍋放一杯水按下該關即可

高麗菜飯完成~金黃色米飯和高麗菜香菇的香氣撲鼻而來

當作消夜最佳選擇喔

 

 

 

高麗菜會生水，建議煮飯時不要加太多水進去喔，半杯已經是極限嚕，煮出來的米飯才不會過軟
