There are two airports in Taipei. (TSA/TPE)

Please note there are two airport services around Taipei City. The first one is the city airport called Taipei Songshan Airport( RCSS/TSA). This airport is close to the City but has limited routes like Korea and Japan Haneda.

TPE is the primary international airport in Taiwan. Most international flights use this airport as a hub in Taiwan. TPE is the airport code. However, TPE airport is located in Taoyuan City, not Taipei City. This is the long story for TPE airport moving from the city to Taoyuan.

Transportation option 1 : AIRPORT MRT Cost TWD$150 (USD$5)

• Cost : TWD$150
• How to pay: You may use a contactless credit card, including APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY to enter the gate.
• There is a non-reserved train. First come, first served.
• There are two different service types of trains, commuter train(stops all stations) and Express.　I would recommend using an express train, which is faster.
• First Express Train to City: 06:10
• Last Express Train to City : 21:40
  Last commuter to City : 23:35

Transportation Option 2 : BUS TWD$132-159

• Bus provides the late-night depart/arrival option
• There are four different routes from the airport to the city.
  All the route stop at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
