肉圓可以分成油炸的和蒸肉圓二種，平時大妮是比較愛吃油炸肉圓。

這次來到蘆洲湧蓮寺這裡，吃了洪記正宗清蒸肉圓，也覺得十分好吃，皮也超Q

晚上七八點，攤上的人滿滿的，許多人都是要外帶，內用的位子不算多

看到鍋內QQ的清蒸肉圓本人…

等位子的同時，也看到店家把生的肉圓放到爐上，準備蒸熟

肉圓一份是二粒35元，價位上並沒有特別的貴還是便宜

肉圓的皮雖然是蒸的但Q度還是很不錯，內餡也有醃過，味道上也很不錯，大妮很喜歡

四神湯40元

口味上算是清爽，不會讓人覺得油膩。

吃一份肉圓配四神湯大妮覺得十分搭，很建議有來的朋友就這樣配一套吃唷。
